An Atlanta judge shortened Gucci Mane’s prison sentence, and he will now leave jail one year earlier.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Atlanta rapper will now be released from prison in December 2016. After originally ruling against Gucci, the judge gave the 34 year old’s rapper a year’s worth of credit

His 39-month sentence for gun possession was suppose to begin in August 2014, but since the new ruling his sentence began at the time of his arrest.
